I happen to prefer a book with a little more depth of character analysis, and The Truth About Dating obliges.All in all, a fun read that had me empathizing with the protagonist and enjoying the fresh voice of Julie Christensen.
I stuck with it hoping it would get better but it never did! As a single woman in my late twenties, I can relate very well to this book.
Her travails, and her witty exposition of them, provide an entertaining read.
At least a score of times, I laughed out loud at her ironic observations or the tortuous situations in which she found herself. She provides a rich palette of secondary characters comprised of Quin Clever introverted Quinn needs a man--and fast.
